LUMA8 and the City of Chicago are delighted to be presenting the 9th Annual Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 21st from 6-8pm on State Street moving south from Lake to Van Buren. Arts in the Dark is sponsored by Barry Callebaut, with Major Support from the Chicago Loop Alliance.
